You can download/upload from the eDonkey2000, BitTorrent, Gnutella and Gnutella2 (G2) networks, and also download from HTTP and FTP sources.

Shareaza 2.5.x contains many bug fixes. Shareaza now comes in two versions, a regular version and one optimized to use Streaming SIMD Extensions (SSE) that requires at least an Intel Pentium III or AMD Athlon XP processor since version 2.5.1.0.
