REALLY good news, on my mac compile I just upgraded to .12 (macports), along with doing a bit more optimisation. My average FPS went up about 5-25 FPS situationally. Before it was ~15-35 max, I'm getting a steady 35-45 now which is comparable to the mac beta, looks very smooth compared to a few hours ago.
