Ok, tried it with WINE again. One of the positiv effects is, that the graphical settings (Low / Mid / High) does do affect.
And (at a training game) I got round about 50 FPS on Mid Setting with V-Sync and Shadow turned off. Loading drops like at the MAC beta are not available and the FPS don't drop under 30-25FPS, so it is absolutely playable at mid settings with a MacBook Pro late 2010.
Another thing is, that a lot of graphical issues are not available anymore like at the older WINE versions (1.1.x), for example "the flame effect".
What I will try next is, the graphical improvement settings at the top of the LoL WINE Page. I will try it again and make a new entry at the AppDB later.
Thanks again for your help kardus. The hint with macports was wonderful! Easy like at an Linux package management system like yum or apt :-)
