Did you tried to erase your prefix? I had also this 15fps-issue, and, as I said, it helped me to reinstall my wine prefix entirely... Did you applied this patch bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=37449 ? I know, that it's terrible to compile wine yourself :D but you can then apply all the patches you want ;) ... The AUR package brought me problems too...
