It needs wininet and to work. Then, you have to open the shop, wait for the end of internet use(you can see that with a network monitor). Then, go back to lobby, wait 5-10 minutes. Finally go again in shop, and it must work. Try to make that 2-3 times, and if it still doesn't work, you're less lucky than me ;).
