I tried again and the shop worked perfectly this time. I was able to buy runes. I couldn't drag the runes to my runebook at first, but setting urlmon to "native" in winecfg fixed this for me. Btw. I used vcrun2008 not vcrun2005 as earlier specified.

I was able to buy champions, even without the patches. I didn't used the Riot Shop, I just went to my profile and clicked on champions. After that, I picked a greyed out champion and clicked then on "Buy".
At this way, you can buy champions with the Client. But anyway, the client crashed for me after this action.

Doesn't working for me, too.
The shops does not appear at all, even I applied the 3 patches. Also, if I set multiple runes at my runes page without besides savings, WINE will crash with an unhandeld exception.
