im using 64 bit version and i dont think i can install ie6.
but i think i did install ie8 instead

Then you started it on a wrong way! Start the client with the following command:

wine "rads_user_kernel.exe" run lol_launcher $(ls ../projects/lol_launcher/releases/) LoLLauncher.exe
