Don't use vcrun2010.
vcrun2005 should be enough, but some people installed vcrun2008 without problems though.

To avoid using vcrun2010, go to winecfg as:

export WINEPREFIX="path to your LoL wineprefix directory"
path_to_your_wine_installation/bin/winecfg

Once in winecfg, go to "libraries" tab, select msvcr100 and remove it. Then hit OK and u will be ready to go.

Tell me if this happens again, and what wine version are you using.
