im having a problem close to this, but when i move the mouse too far down, up, or accross, it'll stick and i have to move it back in the oposite direction just to move it again. and another is when in 640-480 resoltion, when moving mouse up and down, it'll stick when the arrow reaches the top and bottum desktop toolbars.
