I cleaned up the dupes for you :) Had the same problem myself with dupes...
Though I have the steam version, and did not have to install PhysX, I have had issues with it i the past... in general terms what i did was install PhysX using cedega then moved all the settings into a wine prefix, then used that for the game. Fiddly but worked okay..
