I don't agree.
First, you can get the electronic download that doesn't need the no cd crack, since there is no CD.
Second, that just because it needs a nocd crack makes the game automatically garbage. You might not think it's not DRM but it is. In fact I use the nocd crack on the windows machine I've played it on.
It's DRM, I legally paid for the game, so to keep the DVD in mint condition I use no cd cracks for all games.
Only reason i bought the DVD version was I happened to be out in the store and saw it, didn't realize it was out yet, otherwise I probably would have purchased the electronic version.

I forgot to add, let's say you don't want to get a nocd crack, just boot up steam, activate the CD key you physically bought and bam you can download and install it from steam. I may not have the greatest love for steam (maybe battle.net will compete someday with them) but it is growing on me alot.
Granted to then play you need to have an internet connection but I'm wired throughout my house. That's my biggest thing with steam, should allow an offline version or something once it's been activated online.
