I just found out why I don't had sound.
My TV card has an ALSA snd module in the Linux kernel and so shows up as second sound card.
But it's numbered 1 and not 0 like my normal X-Fi and everything else except Serious Sam HD (though the only one I have which uses the newer XAudio instead of older DirectSound) worked in wine fine with sound and that module loaded.
