which Nvidia drivers are you using? I recently upgraded to the 270.* version and noticed that the game became really unstable, I've downgraded to 260.* and things are working fine again.

It happened to me in past with WoW and even SC2... Basically it's something corrupted in game files. Did it ever crash? Did you drivers crash?
In that case might have happened that some data files got corrupted.
I suggests to remove/reinstall from scratch. Usually that works 100% for me.
Perhaps give a shot with Repair.exe, but I recommend a full reinstall. Btw, this happened in WoW when I was using Windows XP too years ago...
