Was working great (Ubuntu 10.10 i686 wine 1.3.4) until Steam updated it. Now I get pretty much same trace as was just posted. [post new] [reply to this] RE: stopped working after latest patch by Lilltiger on Wednesday November 3rd 2010, 19:55 As I posted above, just restart the game (without restarting the steam client) a few times, if that fails more then let's say 7 times retart the steam client and try again, i usaly get it going after 3-10 tries. Also sometimes it might seem to start, screen goes black (like the vid would be playing) but clicking wont bring the mouse icon up, when this happens you have to kill the civ process and just try again. It's very annoying but the game actually do work fine with the latest patch when you get it to start. [post new] [reply to this]
