for crysis actually none which could have a major impact.
this game seems to have a problem recognizing my gpu and gives me a warning each time I start, so I added registry keys like videomemorysize, videopcideviceid and videopcivendorid, but without effect.
I used extreme settings on a 1920x1053 resolution with kde desktop effects enabled, but also tested other graphic settings (which didn't increase performance).
Oh right, you might want to try useglsl=disabled if you have a nvidia gpu, it might help, but not sure
