I did use winetricks directx9. See if that fixes your issue (if it does then I'll add it to the notes section)

loaddll tells me the game using dinput9, so maybe the native version is required?

neither i can. i tried using the suggested patches but it end up not compiling in .27
I used instead bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=35873 and compiles fine, i see the mouse moving but clicks on menù are not working.

Any ideas?
