Hi Matteo, Try downloading and installing WinRAR through Wine. This should allow you to extract individual files from the iTunesSetup.exe

Hi Matteo Colella,

You can use some other programs besides Archive Manager. 7zip will work equally well. You can install it via the update manager. Alternatively, install via terminal:

Yum:
su
yum install p7zip

Apt:
sudo apt-get install p7zip

To extract the files from iTunesSetup.exe, use the following command:
7z e iTunesSetup.exe

Right click iTunesSetup.exe, click "Permissions" tab, check "Allow executing file as program", and click "Close".

Now try opening with Archive Manager. Yay, success!
