Thenk thing is that the 1.3.28 is the dev version so it might have bugs that the stable version won't have. That's why i am using 1.2.2. If you want i could download 1.3.28 to test the installation there too.
Btw on the other thread regarding diablo 3 a guy managed to install the game with 1.2.2 or something and then he upgraded to 1.3.28 and he was able to play.
