Do you mean copying the Diablo 3 installation over from Windoes? There's nothnig special to be done about it, just copy WHOLE Diablo 3 directory to anyplace on your drive, cd into the directory in terminal and run:
wine "Diablo III.exe" -launch -locale enUS
Never had problems with that. Anyway with the two patches attached in bug 28898 you can install that flawlessly in wine:
