For now comments are the best place to share success stories about patched Wine working well with Diablo III. I see that you had resubmitted your results with minor changes but I still have to reject them as they are (a) for patched Wine and (b) do not contain information that is required by out rules which are listed on this page in a section located right below the test results table.
