RE: No Window after launcher

"2 swtor.exe remain active" can you report the command line of those two processess, leave out the encrypted stuff. It would be good to compare windows with the wine version. I don't have windows but see "en-us" the locale string on the swtor.exe command line under wine.
Windows users have reported problems with starting with different locale type settings.
Interestingly my actual locale is en_CA.utf8 but the swtor command line under wine had the tail end
-set platform gamepad.swtor.com:443 -set environment swtor -set lang en-us -set torsets main,en-us @swtor_dual.icb
I am not sure where wine gets its language type setting from. And seeing the en-us thing on the command line indicates some dependencies. This swtor forum thread - www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=18396&page=3 suggests language settings are an issue
1. Go to Control Panel -> Region and Language
2. At the 1st tab ('Formats'), click the 'Additional Settings' buttons that is at the bottom right
3. In the new window, at the 1st tab again ('Numbers'), there is a field called 'Decimal Symbol' and a field called 'Digit Grouping Symbol'. Change decimal symbol to . (dot) and digit grouping symbol to , (comma)
4. Click Apply and then OK on this window and the same on the previous window
5. Launch the game
