Hey,
No i get same issue, i have tried a number of things ie
changing to icb and jpeg file mentioned below
changing the windows version type in wine
adding and removing different libraries
set the icb files withing retailclient to allow executing as a file
through properties
tried to emulate a virtual desktop.
Nothing has seemed to work yet. Im no longer even getting the black screen but after selecting play im only waiting a few minutes before ending the processes, i think normally it takes about 20 mins from pressing launch to getting the blank screen.
In the system monitor there is 3 star wars processes:
launcher.exe and 2 SWTOR, the only SWTOR process that seems to be using any cpu once i have selected 'play' points to the remoterenderserver.icb.
If there is any developers that need to try sumat or need information i would be happy to help so we can finally get SWTOR to work lol.
