I've use Core i7 2600 (24 GB Corsair Extreme DDR3) and nVidia GTX 5800GT with 4 GB DDR5 onboard -- the resolution of 1360x1080 with antialiasing either in fullscreen mode or in windowed mode (with full eclipse of KDE-4 plasmoids effects enabled) runs just perfect without any external changes to video card's driver settings.
Tested with latest drivers from nVidia.
