Same story like with bloodpatch exe, i can't give you a link, sorry.
You'll need to search yourself.
This main.scm file is only needed, when using the bloodpatch with the dvd version.
Some people said above, that it works without a crack and the cd/dvd inserted on wine, so when you allready have an uncut version you won't need a crack at all, just insert your original CD/DVD and have fun.
The bloodpatch ist only needed for people that have a censored version, like the german one.
