If Anyone is still searching for a fix for this bug i have one tip, but it worked with my Kubuntu 7.10
Open a terminal and type: sudo chmod a+rw /dev/input/*
I really don't know what this command does, whatever, it works, now the Running Bug seems fixed by that, now i'm looking a way to fix another bugs like opengl (low performance) song bug (low performance and freeze) etc.
PS: That command can be found on the top of the page, i've just copied and pasted it here =)
