Locking wine is a good move in most cases Peter. And isn't 10.04 good thru 2013? It's LTS, 12.04 is the next LTS. Probably wise to let it settle down before upgrading (if you decide to go that route)

I just installed 12.04 and WTLB 2011 runs fine on a stock install. It does take a bit of finagling to find out how to actually launch it after installation, but after a bit of "Sherlock'ing" it starts and runs fine. I should be good for quite awhile now.
