No. wine1.4-rc2 works fine with wtlib 2011

No. wine1.4-rc2 (If I'm not mistaken) works fine with wtlib 2011. I had another computer with this version of wine (1.4 rc2). I specifically noticed version, installed wtlib 2011, checked (it worked), made update of wine to 1.4 rc6, it stopped working.
