I have the same problem. I mounted ISO and run MafiaLuncher.exe. Then installer asked me to put CD1 :/ It's hapenning when the installer wants to run file 'A1.dta' from MafiaGame folder.
I also tried to mount as virtual drive by kiso but it's the same.

Same problem here. As far as I can tell the values are as follows.
CD 1
Label: MAFIA_CD_1
Serial: 2002080912084300
CD 2
Label: MAFIA_CD_2
Serial: 2002080818140600
CD 3
Label: MAFIA_CD_3
Serial: 2002080810063700
However, Wine doesn't yet support label or serial writing via winecfg, you've to manually create ~/.wine/dosdevices/d:/.windows-label and ~/.wine/dosdevices/d:/.windows-serial containing these values. Unfortunately I can't figure out how to do this with ISO's mounted as loop, since they're read only. I guess we have to edit the ISO files...
