Did you install any other windows app, or do any system updates?
What OS and version of Wine is this?

I think this is due to from some setting in dreamweaver. When I faced this, I renamed my .wine directory for backup, reinstalled dreamweaver, and copied the regestration data from my old ".wine/drive_c/windows/profiles/All Users/Application Data/Marcomedia" to the new one, and everything works again. Next time this happens will try removing various configuration directories/files within dreamweaver to narrow it down. Good luck
