Me again !
I've just done a test, lauching it from my Konsole to get some output for debbuging :

wine: could not load L"C:\\windows\\system32\\dreamweaver.exe": Module not found
Indeed, /system32 do NOT contain any dreamweaver.exe file.
During this test, I even did not see any splash screen for DW8
