Ok, then I guess it's the game itself or the copy-protection from the disc that won't work under this circumstances... I looked in the net and several other people had the same problem while running it native in windows.
Anyway thanks for trying to help, I already found a good substitute... DeusEx works like a charm with Wine ;-)
