The demo can be used instead of nocd to achieve the same result. One can use www.clubic.com/lancer-le-telechargement-2472-0-demo-jouable-1.html demo. I found the link in description of 21796 bug. The recipe is the same. To copy SyberiaDemo.exe into Game.exe and Dlls\Syberia.dll into Dlls\Syberia.dll. I am not sure about video files but I copied them with new names also.
