OK I took that registry key out. I'm no longer crashing and can get in game sometimes my foot drags like I'm floating but other then that no big deal. I still have no bar to adjust spell detail as my consecrate on my paladin is very boxy/pixilated. Is there anything I can do to change this? I'm using Nvidia version 180 drivers as I can't figure out how to update to the newest ones.
