In fact Wine 1.1.29 (you made error by typing 1.29) is older than 1.1.30.
If you've got no problems running on 1.1.30 and you've got problems running on 1.1.31 then this is bug #21043 which causes performance drop on NVIDIA cards. Acknowledging that would help to fix that bug earlier :)
