I am not at all sure that a 9200 will handle WOW okay anymore -- it was barely playable on a 9200 a couple of years ago, and the game was substantially beefed up with WotLK.
The first thing I'd try would be:
wine wow.exe -opengl
which should try to use the OpenGL graphics engine, which in general works better than the directx one under WINE. (Which is a shame, because the directx one probably works better under Windows, and has additional features.)

With an ATI (bad for linux) 9200 (low end graphics) you will have problems anyway.
I would honestly suggest trying windows in this case, but even then you fps in 25 man or similar will suck.
