I'm running wine 1.3.4 (fetched from the repository), but I could try downgrading to 1.2.
As I went to try it in Windows the Windows installer decided to format another disk than I told it to format (what the hell? I triple checked that I selected the right disk), so it seems like I'll have the joy of completely reinstalling Ubuntu and WoW, maybe it'll work better then... Also, it did work significantly better in Windows, frame rate was about 40 where it previously would be 14-15.
