This is a WoW error. Depending on when you get the error, it can mean several things. Most of the time though, it's a memory issue. It sounds like you may have a corrupted sector on one of your RAM sticks.
There's a couple ways you can check for this.
Easiest thing to do is pull one ram stick at a time, and then try running the game with what ever you have left. If it works with one of the sticks missing, then you know that the one you removed is the bad one. Just go get new ram.
