where to start !

I guess first wow running on windows has certainly been know to hang or crash, so whether you are experiencing anything out of the ordinary depends on how much you play. I've never seen wow on wine crash but then I don't play for hours on end.

If it crashes a lot, i.e. once every few hours it could just be bugs in wow as I've seen it do this sort of thing on XP, however if it's more often than that then try the following.

1. Load ATI latest drivers 8.25.18 they update these pretty regular now and there has been quite a few bug fixes. They support the X300 for linux

2. Run a memory check on your system, in Suse it's easy, just boot the install CDROM and it will give you a memcheck option, I don't know about your distro.

3. Re-install wow.

4. Is wine 0.9.14 the first time you've used wine or have you experienced the problem with earlier versions of wine ?

Regards
Nick
