RE: 32 bit in Window mode

Update:
i've upgraded my wine to verion wine-0.9.49 and my ATI driver from 8.40 to 8.433. this gets me past the 32bit colors error when i select safe mode, but then get the error:
we've detected that one of the Halo PC files is missing or corrupt. we recomend removing and reinstalling the game.
when i try to reinstall i get:
Halo setup needs to modify C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Halo\shaders\vsh.bin, which is currently in use by another program. quit any other open applications and retry.
