On or off,I get the same result. Btw,I didn't mention that the menus work fine most of the time,the cursor only sometimes stops,and i have to move it around to break that "wall". Also,I can see the desktop cursor on the left\right edge of the screen when Master Chief stops turning left\right. Weird!
