I tried the Vista thing and it didnt work (either POL would crash or do a silent crash after trying to load) and I eventually reinstalled Ubuntu to use Wine 1.1.18 and I also tested Wine 1.1.19, so both will load POL.exe and go to the game. I'm still having this graphic problem with the game.

So for me, it worked by changing it to XP since my dxdiagn.dll from XP, and I didn't set the OffscreenRenderingMode because I read that's if you want the game to be set as non-windowed mode. It also makes my POL.exe just hang when loading. Just the graphics bug is the problem
