Yes, there is some change I did notice with the POL. Maximising cures that issue, but quite annoying.
One other thing I did notice too, and I am interested in finding a solution to is the audio.
I have been noticing sporadic audio cut-outs across my box, what I mean is all audio on my p.c. is cutting out intermittently for a second or two, but only when I have FFXI running.
I have a PhenomX4, 8gb ram with karmic 64 bit OS.
I often use skype whilst in-game for comms. as well as audio/video playing too. Only recently has this cut-out issue occurred.
