I have no ideas about CART typists and this is not the forum to ask about them.
DNS, when used by a trained transcriptionist with stenomask should be able to capture anything, including a sermon, with a fairly low error rate, perhaps one word in ten would be an error.
DNS alone, listening to a live or recorded sermon? I don't think it would work at all, to tell you the truth. You're better off recording the sermon and having it transcribed by a regular typist.
