Like I said I have the latest nvidia drivers(177.80). Output from glxinfo to proove:
direct rendering: Yes
OpenGL renderer string: GeForce 8600 GT/PCI/SSE2
GL_NV_depth_buffer_float, GL_NV_conditional_render, GL_NV_depth_clamp,
GL_NV_vertex_program3, GL_NVX_conditional_render, GL_SGIS_generate_mipmap,
My other windows games work fine such as WoW, Max Payne1, Warcraft3. I seem to only have this problem with Max Payne 2 and I've tried different wine versions(currently have the latest 1.1.7) also tried patching the game using a No-CD crack etc etc etc. Nothing seems to work for me.
