i forgott. the problem is permanent and only with ORM=backbuffer.
With pbuffer and fbo i got only interface and a black screen. my VGA Card is a GForce9500GT. Gentoo Linux. Wine src. downloaded and nothing patched. same error with installing with portage

frame rate has a ton to do with this, kinda funny. but put it on 60hz and lower the graphics setting down. I had the same problem.
