The card is PCI-E. In Windows Guild Wars works without problems. HoN linux client worked without problems before I did what's wrote below.
After I completly removed Compiz and PulseAudio, updated Wine to 1.3.25 and fglrx to 11.7 the texture coruption problem got fixed (this also fixed a minor problem with the sound, to have always sound before I had not to set audio acceleration to hardware).
