I finally got it man, thanks :D! There is one remaining problem though :/. I am using the newest wine that I could fine but are also using Ubuntu 11.10...I don't know if that effects anything, but I have all of the menu texture and can play the game and it is fast...but when I move the mouse around to look around random blocks of colours (like say a giant rectangle the colour of the sky, a random black box, or weird white areas stretching from objects) appear. If it was minimal it wouldn't be an issue, but it is so bad.
OS: Ubuntu 11.10, Video Card: Intel (that problem is fixed), Wine version: 1.3.28, Version of game: v1 (downgrade patch).
