No I'm not using that version really. I just haven't changed it yet. Version is 1.1.9 so it's the newest.
I don't have such a directory and I tried to make it and copy that file but it didn't help me at all. :( When I searched my files it was the only rise2.ini-file so there is no another anywhere.
I think that rise2.ini in the game's directory works also, at least my graphic settings affected because of changing full screen mode settings from that file.
I already know that left and right click at the same time works but I can't chose some settings before starting game. In game mouse works well.
