Evolution definitely has the ability to import at least some .pst files, have the evolution-pst package installed in fedora. Can't confirm that it supports .pst's created with 2007 though.
Package installs the following files for me:
/usr/lib64/evolution/2.32/plugins/liborg-gnome-pst-import.so
/usr/lib64/evolution/2.32/plugins/org-gnome-pst-import.eplug
