Still Graphic Bugs on Wine 1.1.44

I know! Don't think I tried to load an old game with the new and patched Version. I have already read that this shouldn't be done. ;)
So I reinstalled the game on Wine 1.1.40 and now I finally can start AND continue games, but I still have that strange graphic bugs which make the game unplayable - not at last because of the slow movies. What is the reason for that and what can I do? The Bugs still are still there on Wine 1.1.44 ..
